近期，上海石油天然气交易中心有限公司（以下简称“交易中心”）发现有不法分子冒用交易中心名义，伪造交易中心印章，制作虚假“推荐信”——《Recommendation Letter》，向不特定主体虚假推荐“上海某能源技术有限公司”为合作单位。

Recently, Shanghai Petroleum and Natural Gas Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “SHPGX”) has become aware of fraudulent activities, including unauthorized use of SHPGX's name, forgery of the official seal, and compiling of fake "Recommendation Letter", which misguidingly recommended an “Shanghai * Energy Technology Co., Ltd.” as a cooperative partner to unspecified entities.

该“推荐信”系伪造文件，并非由交易中心出具或授权发布，与交易中心无任何关联。截至本声明发布之日，交易中心从未以任何形式推荐、指定或授权委托任何组织或自然人与任何对象开展商业合作。任何基于此文件产生的合作、交易或其他行为均与交易中心无关，交易中心不承担任何责任。

The aforementioned “Recommendation Letter” is a counterfeit document. It was neither issued nor authorized by SHPGX and is in no way associated with SHPGX. As of the issuance date of this statement, SHPGX has never recommended, designated, or authorized any organization or individual to conduct commercial collaborations in any form. Any cooperation, transaction, or activity conducted based on this document is unrelated to SHPGX, and SHPGX shall bear no liability.
