11月6日，申能集团和法国道达尔公司在北京签署框架合作协议，双方将共同开拓中国LNG贸易。

申能集团和道达尔将成立合资公司，向长三角经济区的下游客户销售LNG。合资公司所销售的LNG是通过购销协议从道达尔全球LNG资产中获取，并供应给申能集团在上海的LNG接收站。

道达尔集团天然气业务高级副总裁Laurent Vivier表示，“与申能集团的合作，是道达尔扩大LNG资产的重要一步，也坚定了我们拓展中国天然气下游市场的信心。”

Total and Shenergy Group are partnering to market LNG to China 

Paris/Beijing, November 6, 2019 - Total and Shenergy Group, the leading energy player in Shanghai, sign a Heads of Agreement (HoA) to jointly develop marketing of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) in China.

The companies will form a joint-venture for the LNG marketing to sell liquid LNG by trucks and containers to Chinese domestic downstream customers in Yangtze River Delta region.

The LNG will be sourced from Total’s global LNG portfolio, through a Sale and Purchase agreement (SPA), and supplied to Shenergy’s existing LNG terminals located in the Shanghai. 

“This partnership with Shenergy is an important step for Total’s LNG portfolio growth and confirms our downstream ambition in China.” commented Laurent Vivier, Senior Vice-President Gas at Total.
